Due to our growing Dublin client base, Hanahoe and Hanahoe solicitors opened up a Dublin office in 2015. Our Dublin office is located at Pembroke House, Upper Pembroke Street, 28-32, Dublin 2, D02EK84. Pembroke House is a modern office located within a beautiful old Dublin Georgian building. It is situated just off Leeson Street and adjacent to Fitzwilliam Square.
When choosing a Dublin office location, we felt that Pembroke Street was ideal. Pembroke Street lies within the commercial district of the capital, which is convenient for our Dublin based commercial and property clients. It’s proximity to the Land Registry, the Registry of Deeds and the Probate Office in Dublin 7, also assists us in providing our commercial and conveyancing clients with the service they deserve.
Having a Dublin office is also very important for the litigation side of our practice. Our litigation department specialize in personal injury, medical negligence, car accidents and family law. Our personal injury and medical negligence solicitors are regularly required to attend the Four Courts and the Law Library in Dublin 7. Our family law practice also necessities that we frequently attend the family law courts at Phoenix House, Dublin 7. Considering that we would often have solicitors in either the Four Courts or Phoenix House or indeed in both, it was essential that we had a Dublin premise. Our office is easily accessible from Tallaght, Lucan, Rathcoole, Clondalkin and most of Dublin county.
Opening a Dublin office seemed like a natural fit for the firm, as one of our solicitors Tony Hanahoe, is from Glenageary, County Dublin and another, Luke Hanahoe, lives in Churchtown Dublin 14. The Pembroke Street office, is also a very conveniently located for attending RDS on a Friday night!!
Hanahoe and Hanahoe Solicitors LLP were proud winners of the ‘Leinster Law Firm of the Year’ award at the Irish Law Awards in 2017 and 2018. We are the only Kildare base law firm to win the award. Our firm is delighted to have such a strong association with Dublin and we would be happy to advise and assist any clients seeking our services.
