Luke Hanahoe is the firm’s Managing Partner and head of the Litigation Department. Luke has extensive experience in all areas of litigation, with a particular focus on Personal Injury and Medical Negligence Law. Luke focuses on high value personal injury and medical negligence claims and has represented client in the Circuit Court, the High Court and at mediation. Luke has advised on a variety of complex personal injury and medical negligence matters including wrongful death claims, catastrophic injury claims, asbestos claims, medical misdiagnosis claims and medical misadventure claims. Luke’s experience and expertise have seen him twice be nominated for the ‘Leinster Solicitor of the Year Award’ at the Irish Law Awards. Luke was educated in Clongowes Wood College, before obtaining his initial degree in University College Dublin. Thereafter Luke qualified as a Barrister from Kings Inns, before enrolling as a Solicitor. Luke is past President of Kildare Chamber of Commerce and an active member of Naas Rugby Club.
