Jillian is a Partner in the firm and head of the Property and Probate Department. She is also a qualified solicitor in both England and Wales; guiding clients through the intricacies of property transactions and probate estate planning. In the Property sphere her focus areas are Residential and Commercial Conveyancing. As well as acting for both purchasers and vendors in property transactions, Jillian has acted for builders and developers in sale of housing estates and commercial developments.
On the Probate and Estate side, Jillian assists executors, trustees and beneficiaries in all aspects of estate administration, from securing grants of probate and letters of administration to resolving contentious estate disputes. She holds a Certificate in Advanced Trusts and Tax from the Law Society and advises on tax-efficient succession planning, preparation of wills and trusts.
